I rated a 3 because when I called the lady said if I bring my dog now she could get him in. Took me 15 mins to get there and when I walked in there was cages everywhere with dogs in them the lady took my dog and told me to write my name and number on a notebook sheet. I started to write my name down and she walks off to the back. I’m up front alone with 25 dogs and i thought I wouldn’t want my dog to be left unattended by the front door. It took 2 hr and 30mins to get a call back saying my dog was ready and when I got there my dog was still wet. Only thing I liked was the smell of the shampoo they used.

Very nice people. I can walk in with my little Yorkie " Charlie " to get his nails clipped and they do a fine job...and I appreciate that.

Wonderful place. My two dogs always look fabulous. Staff is wonderful.

Word of advice to the owner. You can tell a lot about a business by the professionalism on the phone. This place had none.
