We love their grooming services. Kayla is amazing! Not only is she super fast and efficient she is so kind and makes all of our dogs feel comfortable. We have an intense somewhat fearful little girl who is not a fan of having her feet touched and she does so well with her nails. We are grateful to have our little husky Cloud bathed and turned into the gleaming white version of herself we cannot seem to replicate at home. Very bad grooming job and customer service. Will not be trusting this business again. Update: The owner continues to make accusations that my dog was neglected and severely matted which just is not the truth- but we could play he said she said about this forever so there's really no point. She had a few mats as is typical of an active dog in the spring time running around living her best dog life. I did not review this place until reaching out to the owner with pictures of how choppy and uneven the coat was- like one ear was bald and the other fluffy- there was a big divet in my dog's head, etc. I made it clear I was not mad that she was cut short I just didn't feel the cut was done in a professional way- it is super uneven and choppy. I love this place. The staff are really great, and so are the pet products. I was really impressed that they could nail grind my hyper wiggly dog! I will be back and next time hopefully my dog can get some exercise and get tired before going there.

Stopped in for a quick pick of dog food. GREAT VARIETY. The staff were quite professional and personable. Provided assistance when needed. Looking forward to visiting again next year during our service dog's Annual Recertification.

Came in looking for help for our dog. Lady at the counter was so helpful. The place is very nice and has a good selection on specialty items to make your pet look great.
