Bay Glen Animal Hospital

The staff at Bay Glen Animal Hospital were truly so great! We have a very anxious dog who needs quite a lot of patience. Dr. Farrar and the staff were so sweet and kind with our dog! When asking about pricing we were provided an itemized print out which was great to see and know what to expect before checkout. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive as well! In addition to our wonderful visit, Dr. Farrar sent a detailed email the morning after our appointment with an answer to a question that we had forgotten to circle back to. We’re so happy to have a local vet to take our animals to and know they’ll be taken care of!

My vet clinic closed and transferred our file with Bay Glen Animal Hospital. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Delgado took his time to explain meds my dog may need. Overall a very pleasant experience . I'll be taking my other to them as well. This vet office is a keeper.

I’m so grateful for the care my dog received at Bay Glen Animal Hospital. From the moment I called the ladies at the front desk were kind and quick to accommodate us, understanding my concern for my dog. Mayte, the vet tech, was incredibly gentle with my dog and made us both feel at ease. She was also very transparent, walking me through all of the pricing before proceeding with any treatment, which I really appreciated. Dr. Delgado was knowledgeable, reassuring, and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. It’s clear that the entire team genuinely cares about their patients and their humans. I left feeling confident in the care my dog received and very thankful for the kindness we were shown.

As this was my first visit, I was amazed at the size of the lobby, which allows for space between the animal patients. This gave the impression that they were aware of the patient’s and owner’s needs. The vet tech was very thorough, which gave the veterinarian the info needed to quickly identify my desires for this visit and allowed the vet to have more time for a very thorough evaluation of my dog’s health.

I was a member at clear lake and am very pleased with the results of my visit at the new bay glen clinic. My girl even made a friend!
