READ THIS!! BEWARE. Wow...terrible front staff. They clearly are over worked and are in the wrong profession. Horrible and not caring at all. I am an existing pet parent patient w/this office and have been for about 10 years. I LOVE Dr. Finch.... I called in with questions about how to help a dying kitten today and the receptionist was so cold and rude. She said coldly "go to the emergency vet." I asked if she can ask a vet tech for immediate help since the kitten is not breathing and she sounded pissed off and just said go to the emergency vet. I will never be coming back here. Seriously Dr. Finch you are great but you staff has completely turned me off. Thanks for no help and cold careless attitude! Called another vet & they at least gave me advise for immediate help & showed great sympa

Caring staff, always going the extra mile with their expertise! I have been taking Benji to Baseline Animal Clinic for years ... ... Listen, knowledgeable, honest, patient, understanding - what else could you want in someone caring for your furbaby? ... oh Dr. Finch is vet reasonably priced too!

Dr. Finch is the greatest vet anyone could hope to have. He truly cares so much about animals and treats our pet like his own. He is so helpful, and knowledgeable, we can’t thank him enough for all his help over the years with our pets. Highly recommend baseline animal clinic.

Came here for an exam for a stray, since our normal vet was booked out, and I’m so happy I did! Dr Finch and his team are so caring, he was helpful with what we needed, and pricing was very reasonable. I will be back for any future pets needs.

Doctor Finch is always a pleasure to visit. Very transparent when it comes to possible symptoms, reasons for diagnosis, and always suggests the most cost effective procedures/medications to fit my budget and fur babies needs. His staff is always inviting and friendly, setting the customer service bar very high for surrounding veterinarian offices.
