Don't expect to be taken care of here unless your pet is a YOUNG and HEALTHY puppy or kitten. They will tell you they're not accepting new patients if your pet is a senior. They should be ashamed about screening out senior pets by saying they aren't taking new patients.

Have taken my pets here for 10+ years and have never been disappointed. Dr. Neno and ALL staff are polite, pleasant and make even the worst experiences manageable. Even if you only go in annually they remember you and your pet. You're never rushed and they make sure to answer any and all questions you have. Can't recommend enough. :)

We are new to the area and were so happy to get in with Dr Neno. She is so thorough, knowledgeable, gentle and caring with our senior cat. She explained the diagnosis, options and treatments very well. We appreciate the hard work she and all vets do.

They were able to get my cat in for an appointment the very next day. However, I was going to be running late so I called to let them know and they went above and beyond to still take care of my baby. They kept my cat there all day and squeezed her in, worked around other patients, and provided quick efficient healthcare for her. To make amazing service topped off, Dr Neno called me herself throughout the day to update me and give me peace of mind. I won’t recommend anyone else! You guys are THE BEST!

My wife and I cannot say enough positive things about Barre Animal Hospital. Dr. Neno and her staff are absolutely amazing! They are not only extremely compassionate and caring, but very professional and down to earth. Our dog passed away last year and Dr. Neno and her staff went above and beyond to make sure our baby was comfortable and they were empathetic to our needs and situation. The love they have for their animals and clientele is shown in every visit, phone call and interaction. We would never bring our animals anywhere else and trust Dr. Neno without question as she is devoted to always being up to date with the most current veterinary practices and medicine. I highly suggest Barre Animal to anyone with pets!
