Thank you for sending me the survey to fill out! Elisa is great — I can tell she really knows our dogs. Todd, who’s only 9 pounds, walks out without a leash like it’s no problem at all, and Riley, who’s almost 60 pounds, can’t get out fast enough. We’ve been going to Barksuds for about a year and a half now, and we truly love this place. It’s always easy to drop off and pick up, and we really appreciate the feedback we receive about how Todd and Riley are behaving so we can continue to support them better. Both of our dogs struggle with separation anxiety, so it means a lot to know they take their baths together — I absolutely love that. This business has exceeded our expectations! I had a fantastic experience!!! Uriel is AMAZING! He listened to every concern we had, and he went over every detail (literally from head to toe) to make sure he understood what we wanted before taking her back for her haircut. I feel like Uriel genuinely cares about these dogs, and about the artistry involved with creating beautiful haircuts. We have a long haired doodle who is 60% Great Pyrenees and 40% poodle. She’s beautiful, but her hair can be difficult to maintain. We often like to leave her hair long, but with the warmer weather, I wanted to change things up and trim her down. We have had horrible experiences in the past with groomers shaving her all the way down and we didn’t want that. We really love the unlimited baths per month with the membership. The nail trimming, ear cleaning, and unlimited baths really makes it worth having! The staff is nice and my dog is always happy to go to the salon!

This business has a fantastic team of friendly staff who provide excellent service. The space is clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment. They did a great job grooming my dog - he looks and smells amazing! Highly recommend for all your pup's grooming needs. And really was impressed with Michael and how he took care of my baby boy, Oliver!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the BarkSuds Spring location! Zoway went above and beyond with excellent service — so professional, polite, and attentive. This is hands down the best BarkSuds location I’ve ever visited. They bathe and care for the dogs so thoroughly and with such detail. I personally have four dogs, and they treat every single one of my fur babies equally, taking their time and making sure each one feels comfortable and pampered. The entire team was professional, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this location if you want your dogs to be treated like royalty.
