Our golden doodle had never been professionally cut and was very matted. He needed a good cleanup, and they did an excellent job. Everyone was very respectful and professional. We were impressed and will absolutely be returning.

I have a groomer in my neighborhood right down the street who is also great, but for me it's worth the 15-20 drive to Bark Stars, even if it is cash only. These folks are so wonderful with people and their pets. I have brought two different dogs here over the past eight years and they are just as great with my rescue mutt as they were with my hand-raised, papered Goldendoodle. I appreciate that my anxious pup always has two kind people working on her feet -- one holding her and giving her lots of love to distract her while another person takes care of her nails. It makes a big difference that they're always willing to go the extra mile!

Groomers here do an excellent job and love their work. If you have to leave a message they will return your call promptly. Appointments are necessary. If you pay cash you can choose an extra treatment, like conditioner. There are many options to suit your pet. Prices are reasonable for their excellent quality work.

My pomeranian always comes out excellent. The people are friendly and very respectful. The groomer always give us a report how my pup behaves. They are awesome.

They did an excellent job. I got Ziggy back softer than ever, clean cut, and smelling and looking great! Still doing a great job.
