Very friendly staff! Dog friendly location, but be careful if your dog likes to help themselves to chews, as they have a large selection at dog head level! Lots of all natural and unique options that you can't find at other locations! Worth the trip. Just be careful of the parking lot: it's a bit strange.

The best pet supply store. I’ve been shopping here for 8+ years—it’s the only place I go for pet food and supplies. The people here have helped me support my pets (and foster pets) with everything needed to take the best care of them. When one of my babies was struggling to maintain weight after a cancer diagnosis, Ana was so empathetic and caring; she recommended Dr Harvey’s paradigm food base that ended up being a game changer for my sweet pup! My dog gained and maintained weight, and thrived during her final 9 mos of life. This caring staff has helped with recommendations for everything from dog and cat food, treats, dog bones, toys, leashes, cat litter… I can’t imagine shopping anywhere else for my pet supplies. Incredible selection, friendly team, unbeatable prices. I will definitely be back again. Plus it's the only place I can find grass based hypoallergenic litter for cheaper than clay

I really like this store. They have pretty much everything you could ask for here & if they don't they'll order it for you. Everyone is friendly & heloful. Same friendly thoughtful staff as always. Although, I did try to talk to someone once, about a concern I had with the food I was feeding, and I barely could get a word in edgewise. I felt like the person I was talking felt like he knew everything and I couldn't possibly add to the conversation. I ended up hanging up and calling a different holistic pet store in a different part of the state. Still love the store but I prefer speaking to the ladies now.
