This store is amazing! Very well organized, clean, and has super friendly staff. Natalie, has always been incredibly helpful. I was not feeling well recently and called the store to see if they would be able to provide curbside pickup and Natalie totally handled everything for me. She even wrote out a very thoughtful “feel better” note for me which I really appreciated 💓 I truly love this place! Keep doing what you’re all doing because it sets the bar.

The front desk lady was super nice. Just super disappointed with the groomer!!! I did full grooming for my dog and i found out after I came home that she had a lot of tangled on her both sides of her ears. I spent an hour to get rid of everything!! I paid for the time and had to pay plus spent more time with more money. I still recommend this place but you have to choose the RIGHT GROOMER!!!!!!

Made a quick stop in today by complete happenstance. To my very happy surprise they were offering free photos with Santa. The staff, owner and Santa were all incredibly friendly and the store is very nicely set up with a large selection of good products. As a manager of a veterinary practice, I would highly recommend this place.

I got to say the customer service I received the other day at the store was top notch. Thunderstorms in the area caused a power outage, and the employee remained on premises and allowed us to shop and accommodated our transaction with a trusted "friend of the family, small town / local business" mentality. The store was nice & clean, organized with affordable options for what I was seeking. Thank you for making our friends dogs birthday a rainy day success.

I had a bad experience with them a few months ago, since the grooming took 3 hours and much longer than normal. I had an important appointment which I missed because of them, I was very annoyed and upset with the situation and voiced it at the time. As a result, today when I tried to make an appointment they simply told me they would not take my pet any more/me as a customer. So if you're unhappy about anything, even if you've been a faithful client for years as I was, please above all, do not express your dissatisfaction, do not bark or you will be grounded for life lol :) Note: I just read the reply to my review.
