I would leave less stars if I could. This was my go-to spot for grooming. Had an appointment for over a week, even got my confirmation text message. I arrive and am told the groomer left for the day. When I asked if she checked her calendar I was told that o should have brought my dog earlier; even though o had an appointment & never had an issue before. I told the front desk staff that I left work early to be her and basically got an “ Oh Well”. I was planning on also scheduling a two week boarding while I was here ( work trip) but instead said I’ll never be back..: again, front desk staff was like” oh well”. I literally will never come here again. I understand mistakes can happen but not when you have a week & conforming messages that everything is all set. I’m REALLY glad I didn’t leave

I can’t say enough great things about Bark Avenue! From the moment I walked in, I could tell my dog was going to be in great hands. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. The daycare facility is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with lots of fun activities to keep the dogs entertained and safe. I love how they take the time to get to know each dog’s personality and tailor the care accordingly. My pup comes home happy and exhausted from all the playtime and socializing with other dogs, and I always feel confident knowing they're in such a caring environment. If you're looking for a top-notch dog daycare, Bark Avenue is the place to go! Highly recommend!

We are so happy that we found this boarding place for our pup. It is exactly what we were hoping for when we moved down here from Pittsburgh. With the indoor/outdoor kennels and play time with the other dogs, it’s the best of setup I could imagine. Our cocker spaniel, Tate, spent his first night here earlier this week, and he seemed to love it. The kennel even gave him a free night stay after letting us tour the facility last week. It definitely put my mind at ease knowing where he was going to be kept while we left him in a new place overnight. They even allowed us to bring in some of his items from home to make his stay more comfortable. I appreciate how accommodating they are, and look forward to returning for another visit.
