I took my baby there for the first time this morning. Amber did an amazing job! He has bad anxiety but she made him feel safe and calm. He smelled and looked so good! I would highly recommend taking your dog there. I will definitely be taking Chewy back! Also, I couldn't beat the price for everything she did! She is amazing! Thank you for taking such good care of my baby!

The place REEKS of mildew, you can smell it before you even walk in the door. There is hair caked in the kennels where the dogs are. The outside of the building is not well taken care of. You can tell the owners doesn't take pride in their business. They don’t stay open the full hours like they say on google. They were closed at noon and the website doesn’t say until 4. I would not recommend this place to get your dog groomed. Very nasty and unkept.

The place was absolutely .. Nasty. Don't need to be a client walk in front door, the place has hand full of dog hair all over the place, a used bandaid laying on floor covered in dog hair, dust , dog hair all over, no broom or mop had been used in weeks maybe longer. These places need to be cleaned daily. Because dandruff and other allergies that are locked in fur. Don't need to be a client when walk in the door and see the mess of hair and other dirt. No, and I won't be a client. If walkin area is covered in dog hair in the cages at least 4 to 5 inches deep in corners, floor had large bandaid caked in dog hair, corners of room staked up with dog hair , lord only knows its contents one can only imagine the rest of the area. Would not recommend I was told $75 to $85 depends on if my doodle was matted .I specifically told the groomer I wanted the teddy bear look and even called past groomer and got the length they cut her .Went to pick her up and she was really wet and nothing near what I asked her to look like and then she tried to charge $120 for the grooming.Very disappointed

I’m not going to force one of my groomers to do a groom if they don’t feel comfortable doing it maybe she’s not the groomer for you. I can definitely recommend other groomers in the Kingsport area if you’d like.)That’s from the owner this is some of a message due to me stating the kennels don’t look clean asking about if the air worked and mentioned it smelling in there. They decided not to groom our baby and they bathed her , but trimmed toenails somehow and made her bleed. Poor baby. I do have pictures if I could post it here. I should not have had to pay for a bath when I wanted her groomed.
