Banfield Pet Hospital

I am super thankful for the grooming team. I have a Pomeranian who is very anxious about going to the vet and grooming appointments. It’s challenging as she loves humans but everytime we bring her to an appointment, she’s super scared and anxiousz After finally getting her medicated for those situations, we brought her in. At first we were very anxious for her but the team did their best to accommodate her since, despite the medicine, she was still anxious. The team kept us in the loop at all times, I can tell the team treated her with love. When we arrived to pick her up she was her loving and fun self again.

The entire staff is wonderful here. They treat all the pets like family! I felt very comfortable leaving my baby Kray who is a cat for his appointment as a drop off. Dr. Tran was superb she was able to examine Kray and everything and just everyone was so very kind and just a pleasure to work with. Thank you ladies again you’re so amazing!

Great first exam experience for my puppy! The staff was kind and attentive, and Dr. Miller was patient, gentle, and very informative. Thank you to the entire team for such excellent service. Highly recommend Banfield!

This Banfield is horrible. The front desk staff are all disrespectful and snarky. Just today they said an unnecessary, negative comment about my pet, and I wasn’t even there with my pet. The doctors are fine, but the rest of the staff is… more to be desired. If you’re able, go to another location. It’ll save you a headache.

First and foremost, absolutely fell in love with this vet clinic. Dr. Minkoff is very great doctor and person. She handled my very skittish cat like a pro. Sol, tech working with us was very thorough and explained everything l in a very very understandable way. Will be coming back for sure! We’ve had a lot of bad, and some tragic experiences at vets in the last few years, but today healed me a little. The first desk team was also so sweet. Thank you alllll!!!
