They fit me in same day for an emergency visit. Although I waited in the store for several hours, they were able to diagnose & treat my new kitty, possibly saving her life and definitely preventing further lifelong complications that could have developed if left untreated. I am very grateful for their service. She is happy, healthy & playful!

As a pet owner, it can be overwhelming trying to make sure you’re doing everything right, and I walked in with a lot of questions and uncertainty. From the moment Emily stepped in to help, that stress completely melted away. She didn’t just give quick answers, she actually took the time to explain why things matter, what to look out for, and how to confidently care for my pet long-term. It felt more like a genuine conversation than a rushed appointment. Brought my puppy here. NEVER again! They will charge for things they don't do or need and lie and say it's mandatory. Make sure you're firm with them they will try to sneak stuff in. They weren't aware that I'm experienced and have been in the business for over 8 years now. I could have spoke up but I wanted to see the practice and didn't mind paying extra. My normal place was just so busy I wanted someone else to do it. What a mistake I made. The girl at the front desk though was absolutely wonderful and sweet (my star is for her) If you like Banfield because the price I urge you to go to the Salem or Danvers location instead.

My Daisy has been a paw patient at Banfield for years. The staff is professional, friendly and well educated. I especially like how attentive the staff are when caring for my dogs medical history, her sensitivities, and the continuous questions asked to not miss anything undiagnosed.
