Banfield Pet Hospital

Her dog has been visiting Banfield since he was four weeks old. He is now 13 years old with their discipline, scope and service and care. We are grateful for the outside referrals. They have provided to NCstate to make sure he can live along healthy life while receiving the treatments he needs that may be outside of their current scope of availability, which chose true integrity for our animals, well-being, and he loves going to visit the staff who know him so well and love him so dearly.

Outstanding service!! Took my grand dog Denzel here on 02/13/26. I had anxiety since the Labrador dog was so big and very active. We had to drive over 45 min to bring him and I needed assistance getting the dog out of the car. Camryn & Sara were amazing. They assisted me in getting him out and back in the car. They put my mind at ease as well. This service I received exceeded my expectations. I will gladly tell anyone to bring their pets here!!!

This team is phenomenal. One of our dogs is pretty reactive, and we've had some challenges getting her comfortable at the Vet. Everyone here is understanding, kind, and warm to her - even when she's showing her teeth. I'm incredibly grateful for their patience and creative, nurturing approach to caring for a tough patient!

HORRIBLE experience here all around!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I ended up driving 2.5 hours to a vet in Raleigh over going back to this place. They never answer their phones. They never call you back. Half the time they don’t know their own prices or just make them up. Almost all of the time they have no idea what’s going on or what they are talking about. The place is very understaffed so the staff that is there is overworked and frazzled all the time. They are rude and often make mistakes and then get upset at you for it. God forbid you have an emergency or have an issue that has a time constraint. Thankfully another vet was able to get me in. I will never go back to this place. This vet caused me so much unnecessary stress and quite literally wasted my time and money for nothi
