In September I walked in for an appointment on the wrong day. Because I sedate my dog for vet appointments they did everything they could to see me same day. I was able to be seen and got TOP NOTCH care for me and my anxious Shiba Inu. 5 stars. Love the team. Couldn’t thank you enough! - was helped by Jessie, Sam, and Renelle.

The stafff is very attentive and all seem to have a genuine love for pets .. the have been very helpful and my Bonnie girl seems to be comfortable going there!! The assurance that my puppy is getting all she needs aka vaccines heart flea and tick meds, along with through exams makes me happy!!

Jessie was the absolute best. She helped me out so much and definitely made my experience well worth it. I’m definitely coming back!

I really love this place. I’ve been bringing my dogs Nala and Sacchi here for a while now and I’ve always received great customer service and care for my dogs. Recently, I had to make the hard decision to let my dog Sacchi go. It was a very difficult time for me and Dr. Miller and her staff were so comforting, kind and caring. My cat was seen at UC Davis and kept overnight. I went to Banfield clinic in Vacaville and was received with compassion, understanding and questioning. I was given an appointment quickly and I was given confidence and understanding of his treatment at Banfield. Good service at the front end and a complete explanation of his treatment.
