Banfield Pet Hospital

They were great took a dog I found to rescue & scan for a chip. The dog didn’t have a chip but found and reunited with owner through neighborhood social media pages in Sugar Hill. Appreciated their awesome staff.

This was my worst experience with Banfield. Their practices appear to prioritize profit over patient care. While 4 other clinics provided clear quotes for an international travel health certificate by phone, email, or in person, this Banfield location required a $75 upfront payment just to disclose pricing.( of course they call it protocols) Even after I brought all required paperwork in person, they still refused to provide any cost information without payment. Requiring customers to pay before knowing the price is unreasonable, lacks transparency, and is deeply unprofessional. Go to other ones near your home not this one. All they care is money.

The team at this Banfield hospital were simply amazing My dog Sabrina was pretty sick with severe vomiting and itching all over the body. They gave her two injections and within less than a day Sabrina was perfectly back to her normal cheerfulness Thanks a million I will definitely recommend them to my friends who have pets Martin D’Souza

My dog has never been fond of being dropped off. The staff here have given him so much love and attention that he actually walks through the door willingly to see them. He even jumps on the scale so he can get pets and attention. I am so grateful for the care he has received here. ❤️

We have been taking both of our dogs here for two years. Generally ok. However there is one front office staff person who is rude and disrespectful. English is not her first language so she gets frustrated and asks the same questions repeatedly. After 3-4 times repeating the same things she starts to “detect” an attitude and then starts to talk over you and behave inappropriately. I don’t pay money to any service provider to be disrespected. Will be finding a new veterinarian. Recommend anyone else who values respect and appropriate behavior find someplace else. Will also be cancelling my Banfield Wellness Plan. Hope they understand this team member has cost them thousands of dollars. Say bye bye to Otis and his $$.
