I am very impressed with the very caring vet and staff! I recently switched to Banfield after being with my other Vet of 30+ yrs. Very knowlegeble, caring, sensitive and very loving with my furbaby!
Although this day I was there toy dog down due to health but this was the one and only vet she came to. My great Dane was set in her ways so when they allow a drop off and pick up time, its so they don't traumatize the animal rushing through tests as if it were an assembly line. We were able to be there with here while she took her last breath and as long as needed to say our goodbyes. I will return with another pet when I'm ready.
Banfield always takes great care of my fur baby. I love the drop off option as it is convenient for my work schedule. The wellness plans give a sense of security that I can budget accordingly. Thank you for taking care of my caliber!
