I'm so appreciative of the staff that cared for our cat Indie today! They were exceptional at how they cared for him today. He trusted the process and was so good for them..yep.

I’ve had an excellent experience at Banfield Pembroke Pines. The entire care team is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure my pets feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate their dedication, attention to detail, and the compassion they show during every visit. Thank you to the whole team for the outstanding service — you make pet care stress-free and reassuring! Highly recommend.

Too many issues with service, physicians forgot to give shots on visits, unauthorized additions to my plan, and conflicting info on treatments. Do not opt in for the pet plans especially for new pets. Some staff were nice and friendly but unfortunately the quality of service and disorganization of the facility made my experience as a new pet owner absolute misery.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Banfield. We arrived close to closing time, desperate and heartbroken, seeking help for our dog who was suffering and needed to be put to rest. Despite the hour, every single person treated us with compassion, patience, and genuine humanity. From the front desk to the doctor, the level of care, communication, and empathy was exceptional. They explained everything clearly, supported us through every step, and treated our dog with the utmost dignity and love during his final moments. In one of the most painful situations a pet owner can face, they provided peace, respect, and comfort. We are forever grateful for the kindness and professionalism they showed us.
