I was greeted warmly and customer service was good and our dog’s vet called me directly and discussed my dog’s health and it was very helpful!

Love Banfield services and the Optimum Wellness Plans. The plans make it affordable and I've had mine since my fur babies haven't been puppies. I've seen how much I've saved versus going to vets or clinics without it. The people are great and I always get a call as a reminder when my fur baby needs a visit or a reminder of my appointment the day before. When we drop off our baby the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors are great and have been caring for my babies for almost 5yrs. I would definitely recommend Banfield as your first choice for your fur babies care.
