Great experience! The team is wonderful!! From Tina in the front who greets my pups by name every time, to the doc who took the time to explain every detail and answer all of my questions, this team never disappoints. Also, the surgical techs are amazing, Liana made sure my pups felt right at home and even came out to give me a report card on their behavior. They were cautious with my baby girl who always is questionable with sedation and they were confident enough in their abilities to still service her - and they did an amazing job! Customer forever!

Stacy, Dr, Singleton ,and Dakota were my team of angels yesterday. I showed up with my 8lb 13 year old distressed yorkie Rocky. In all hearts of hearts I knew Rocky’s health was starting to decline I was not ready to let him go. The team walked me through all my options with compassion and empathy. I ultimately decided to put Rocky down. The process was peaceful and bittersweet. Rocky is no longer suffering and my tears won’t stop falling, but it s comforting to me knowing I had a team that cared and that helped me get through this difficult decision. 10/21/25

Absolutely zero stars. They are terrible at sending prescriptions over to the pharmacies resulting in my pet continually missing his medications for weeks at a time. Rude staff. Uncaring vets. Dirty facility. Do not take your pets here.

Shanna did a good job cutting my big girls nails, who is not a fan of having her paws touched. She was very engaging and patient and wasn't forceful at all even when Addie was being quite difficult. I don't think I will pay extra again to have her teeth brushed as they barely pass the toothbrush over the front the canines only. She left with a complementary bandana that she was happy to show off at the dog park afterwards.

The vets and staff at Banfield Mount Laurel have been caring for my little dogs for the last 15+ years, and I have been completely satisfied with their attention, care and wellbeing for them. Their wellness plan has saved me money, especially when one was not feeling well and needed attention.
