Banfield Pet Hospital

I wouldn’t recommend this pet hospital due to the fact the whole appointment process and visit was annoying. My first annoyance being the fact it took so long to get us into the appointment taking at LEAST 30-40 minutes to even walk into the room where we still had to wait 2 or 3 more minutes. I’m willing to bet though that the wait time was due to the fact they spend half a person’s appointment trying to sell a care plan. The whole pet visit was basically one whole advertisement for a pet care plan, the doctor talked more about a care plan vs actual pet health. On top of that for some reason I had to hold down my own dog for a shot because the vet didn’t bring in a nurse for some reason which seems soo unnecessary.

Dr Kraft, her team of nurses, Liz at the reception were all nothing short of beautifully kind during our entire visit. From the phone call to schedule one of the toughest appointments, our sweet girl was referred to as “your baby,” to walking out the door with memories and a couple mementos that Dr Kraft was so lovely to get for us. It wasn’t the easiest experience, but it was one of the most wonderfully human experiences we’ve ever had with a vets office. I would be more than happy to trust any of my fur babies under their care.

We had to put our sweet Toodles Renee to sleep today. The staff was Amazing. Very Supportive they cried with us and allowed us time with our Toodles before and after. Thanks for the Amazing staff here!

Dr. Kraft and the staff at Banfield were great with Murphy. They kept me informed throughout the day and referred me to another hospital for specialization. When we left, after getting some hard to swallow news, Dr. Kraft told Murphy that she loved him. We have had some great docs in the past, but never enough to love them out the door. We always want the best for our babies, and I believe Dr. Kraft and Banfield are exactly that. Thank you for taking care of my Murphy.

I love the staff here!! Liz and Lauren are always so welcoming and kind, as well as the entire veterinary crew! I have two cats who use Banfield’s services and I am so grateful for them. I know my cats are well taken care of when they’re with y’all :)
