I recently moved from Queens to Mountain Dale, NY, and I was looking for a veterinary hospital. I decided to choose Banfield, as I had a positive experience with them in the past. I fell in love with the entire staff, from the front desk to the veterinarian, Dr. Masucci. He is very gentle and caring with my fur baby. Thank you to the entire team; you guys are awesome! 🙏❤️
GREAT experience! The front desk, Dr. Martin and Sara - all awesome at what they do. I was taken in fairly on time and the whole visit for my dog’s annual was 30 minutes from start to finish. They were gentle with him and just an overall great experience. I’ll be back!
A special thank you to Dr. Martin, Arianna and Stacy who took wonderful care of my old dog. They treated him and me with compassion and professionalism.
Very nice people, seemed like the genuinely wanted to help my cat Mr.Tickle-Belly but old age go to him. I would recommend seeing veterinarian Dr.Jaworski if you want someone you can trust. Besides that good prices I was expecting a expensive bill $,$$$ but it was better than I expecting to be. $$$
