Staff and vets care about you and your companion. Most definitely the most wonderful people I have ever met! I can't express how much. People and their companions were never shown that they are family to pure Care Plus; but here they will! GOD's Blessing to all.
Mixed review - the people there were both overwhelmed and yet still wonderful, however corporate scheduling systems are crap. I was told that even tho I booked online, they know its a hit or miss for if they are told of any online scheduled appointment which is why they had no information of our appointment.

This hospital is so wonderful! Staff is amazing and sweet and truly care for my pets. They make every visit seem personal to my pet and treat them like one of their own. I highly recommend to try them out and see how you feel.
I can’t even put in words how shocked I am at the level of service that I was provided from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. They were extremely tentative to the dog and all of my needs. I had a lot of questions as I’ve never used them before their rates are reasonable on poor with every other place if not, you save a few dollars. I can’t put in words how satisfied I am by the way I was treated. This is now my go to place for all my pets. From nova
