I have had dogs my whole life, especially German Shepherds, and end-of-life care is always the hardest part. When my regular vet was closed this weekend, I contacted Medina Banfield Hospital expecting delays and disappointment since I wasn’t a client. Instead, I was met with incredible compassion, patience, and genuine care. The staff treated my dog and me with dignity and kindness during one of the most painful moments of my life. The care was amazing, the pricing was fair, and it truly felt like they cared from the heart. My cat Bug has had many health issues since October and it has been wonderful to work with the Banfield staff this whole time. Everyone is so polite and really seem dedicated to giving my Bug the best treatment for him. Dr. Krompacky is a very nice and respectable vet and I trust her wholly with taking care of my pet. The pricing is reasonable and the option to sign up for a wellness package is a very good deal. I'll be signing up for one, which will save me so much. The package will cover almost everything Bug needs for the fraction of what I have already paid, which is so helpful. I will definitely continue to take Bug here for his care!
The vets, assistants, and receptionist are extremely friendly, helpful and thorough. My dogs are not scared when we go. They're happy!
