As soon as I walked in I felt the negative energy coming from the staff members. Left me uneasy the whole visit. Refused to give me any options except an unnecessary surgery that would cost $2500. The staff seemed to only care about up-selling unnecessary services. I strongly recommend finding an alternative location if you care about the well-being of your animals.

My beautiful Rosie Zoe was a fun, energetic service dog for me, a healthy 4.7 lbs Yorkshire terrier in perfect health, living a spoiled life. She thrived on Ollie's fresh food, but then things took a turn. After much consideration about her size, I finally agreed to have her spayed. However, just before the procedure, her kidney numbers spiked, and the vet recommended placing her on the Science Hill renal diet to lower her levels for a minimum of four weeks. After this period, her numbers showed improvement, and they suggested that this diet should be her long-term nutrition plan. I followed their advice and proceeded with the spaying. Had an emergency today and they got me an appointment with no problem. They were so caring and I am so glad they showed my dog and I kindness , we really needed that today. Our appointment was so smooth, everything was fine and the vet and vet tech both took the time to speak to me & help me stay calm. I am so grateful.

Well, first the receptio is was nice, but the vet was not. I won't go into details, bit I just didn't feel comfortable with her and it was very expensive. I won't go again.

Dr. Breanthony Humphrey is by far the BEST vet I have ever brought any of my pets to. She was thorough, kind, and you could tell she really cared about her job. She was very detailed and caring when explaining my pets treatment plan. I left so happy that I finally found someone that genuinely cares about their job.
