Banfield Pet Hospital

Thanks Dr. Singh for taking care of Ellie. He successfully removed my dog’s tumor which ended being cancerous. He has followed up with care and recommendations even post op. Banfield staff are great as well but can work on their smiles more.

This Banfield is a shining beacon of excellence. Each and every employee, from Dr. Singh, to all the vet techs, to the front desk staff, are extremely professional. Appointment availability is extremely reasonable. I appreciate their proactive calls to get my Chihuahua in for her bi-annual wellness exam. Total time that I’ve had to leave my dog at this location is extremely reasonable, usually no more than 3 to 4 hours. Truly remarkable staff at this location. Thank you for taking such good care of my dogs. Also, thank you to the staff that take the time during Christmas to offer photos with Santa.

My favorite vet! I love Banfield overall, but I love that I can always trust this location to have last minute appointments. There are times where my pet has had an emergency or urgent need, and they are always happy to accommodate him. Everyone is supper friendly, and I like that I don't have to go through a store to get there. Conveniently next to Daiso for me to browse while I wait for my pet to be ready.

I had an appointment for a heart worm shot at 8:30, got there at 8:10 and didn’t leave till 10:25. Everyone was really nice, the lobby was clean but their time management skills are lacking. In the past I’ve gotten this same shot and heart worm test done in less than an hour. I don’t know why a heart worm test and shot needs to take 2 hours… I’ve been to other Banfield locations and even parking lot mobile clinics and it has never taken this long

Wasn't happy last time I was there. I wS treated with compassion the young lady did everything she could to comfort me. And elevated my concerns that I might loose my baby.
