Debbie was amazingly friendly! We bonded over our chihuahuas, that's how nice she is! She did an amazing job grooming my Dante that even four days later he is still smelling and feeling good!! If I am ever in need of grooming services when I'm in town again I will book with Debbie!!

Patricia is always helpful and friendly. I like that we can have quick chats about our pets and she has great tips. Return transaction was easy.

My first grooming experience was not how I expected i took my puppy for her first time and I understood that maybe for her first time she wouldn’t really let them do much on her and that’s okay . However I just wanted them to clean her up and especially around the eyes but instead shaved her down her nose (I specifically said nothing drastic) maybe I should have been clearer about the haircut. They also left her coat feeling grainy nothing compared to how I shower her at home feeling soft. It’s been a little over a week now and I recently showered her and her coat feels rough/frizzy and shes feeling super itchy Im not sure if it was because of the products they used on her which Im guessing it might be. Honestly it’s not worth the money I spent at all i said no to the essential package did

I had a wonderful experience with Ana, the reptile associate. She were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about their reptiles. The customer service she provided was truly exceptional. It's rare to find such a dedicated and friendly staff member. I will certainly be returning for future visits.

The grooming salon is awesome! The mgr Dana is so kind and Frida does an amazing job!! Ana and Lyzette helped me book my appointment and were so patient with me on the sales side. Great Job Petco!
