Everyone was so nice and made my puppys first visit so comfortable. The next day we had to come back for a bee sting and my Maya walked right in tail wagging lol
I bring my dog here and the experience has much improved since the facility moved from the PetSmart location in Lake Grove. Staff is both knowledgeable & friendly.
This place is the best. The girls up front are amazing. They love my dog so much and show it everytime I’m there. They answer the phone quickly, resolve issues quickly, give call backs efficiently. The vets there are also so amazing and I truly feel comfortable with my dog being there. 10/10 would recommend and do recommend!
