I took Misha mid December 2025 for her annual check up. I was greeted from the moment i arrived at Banfield Vet Hospital Katy on Fry rd. It was my first time at this place as it is my son in law who brings her normally. This place is awesome. Right after check in and weight we were taken to our room, the place was pristine clean. Keep in mind you’re at the vet. Still very nice. Little bit later our nurse came Jazmin (photo attached) she is great and explained me my options at full detail. Then a few mins later the License Vet came, Dr Dilraj Dhami. She follow up and took Misha for blood work, other tests and vaccines. It is 1 hour or less fater. I have been taking my dogs to this Banfield location for years, mainly because of Dr. Dhami, who is wonderful and truly cares about her patients. On November 30, I brought my dog Benji in for bloodwork. The results showed elevated liver values and a few other concerning numbers. I was extremely upset and even began consulting a nutritionist to help him. When the nutritionist asked to see the bloodwork, I realized that Banfield had given me another dog’s blood test results. I immediately called the clinic and explained the situation. After following up multiple times over the next 3–4 days, I was told they would redo the bloodwork at no charge. We made an appointment for our Shiba Inu puppy a few weeks ago for her second round of puppy shots at the Katy, TX location and had a wonderful experience with a loving and caring Doctor. So I decided to schedule my 3rd round of shots with Banfield as well. Today my husband took our tiny 8lb, 15 week old puppy for her shots. It was supposed to be with the same veterinarian I had previously seen, but it was NOT!!! The vet that saw my sweet little puppy today was rough and rude to my husband! She brought back our baby MUZZLED!!! An 8lb baby MUZZLED! Said she needed “a lot of training and was difficult to handle” I brought my baby to Banfield to have her CARED for! I’ve been taking my pet to Banfield the last 8 years when they were still located inside the petsmart. I have been having issues every time now getting heart worm medication from this Banfield. The comprehensive exam prior to my most recent I was told that the medication will ship to my house after 6 weeks I called stating that I still haven’t received my dog’s medication they informed that the particular medication is not available and I can do a generic medicine. They never informed me or contacted me that there is an issue with his medication and that after 6 weeks it still hasn’t shipped. My most recent visit (dec 29) I was told after the comprehensive exam that they will ship the medication. It’s now February 24th and nothing.
