I have had nothing but good experiences here. I like that they offer Saturdays. None of the front desk seems burnt out. Always cheerful and happy to answer questions. I recently had my puppy neutered and his recovery was exceptionally short with little to no evidence of pain. I am grateful to the veterinarian for the excellent work. Keep doing what you’re doing cuz you guys are fantastic.

They take such great care of my baby girl. She has special needs, and they are kind and exceedingly sweet to her as well as the veterinarians, having such great knowledge in a broad spectrum!

I brought my male boxer in for a complimentary first free check-up. Unfortunately my boxer was in very bad shape when Gunner was checked out.. Gunner had a very low blood cell count and a higher than normal heart rate. The vet doctor told me that Gunner was in such bad shape that she couldn't give Gunner necessary shots.. Anyway , I lost Gunner on 9/11 and we really miss him. The problem is , I have a one year contract with Banfield Pet Hospital and I haven't made my first payment.. I will come back to this review if they cancel my contract for $55 a month.

WONDERFUL VET. Dr K is amazing. I brought my dog in today for the first time. He had been limping. Dr K spent so much time w me, explaining everything in detail as to what path I should go to in the future. Valerie was so sweet, patient & knowledgeable. I have already referred 3 of my friends to go there. Thank you again, to my new vet🙋‍♀️

I took my dog in because she had swollen lymph nodes, a temperature, and was drinking and urinating excessively. I suspected a UTI, perhaps an infection due to a tooth/gum issue as her mouth seemed sensitive and her appetite for crunchy stuff had decreased. The nurse/practitioner felt her lymph nodes and said she suspected lymphoma. They never asked about any symptoms, just went over the cost of the blood work and tests to confirm and how buying the “plan” could save me money. This vet may be fine if you are only looking to get shots. If you are looking for a caring doctor who listens to you and actually wants to take care of your pet’s health, keep looking.
