They helped my beloved 18 year old cat cross the rainbow bridge. The staff were respectful and comforting. The vet tech did so many little extra things: making memory keepsakes, carefully wrapping her and placing her in her little burial box. Our family really appreciated everything.

I’m writing this to warn other pet owners about the negligence I experienced at this Banfield location. My cat, a long-time patient on their Optimum Wellness Plan, was recently put down due to aggressive congenital heart disease and heart failure—conditions that were missed despite a final "all-day observation" visit. He was brought in with the following symptoms: elevated breathing rate for ~24 hours, tapeworm infection, and runny eyes possibly pointing to an upper respiratory infection. The level of clinical oversight was staggering: • Failure to Record Basic Vitals: Despite having my cat for an "all-day observation," the staff failed to record his heart beats per minute (BPM) and his breaths per minute (RR). Veterinarian and vet assistant very snarky had a terrible attitude and talk to me rudely. I will definitely be looking for another place to bring my dog. And we were only there for a rabies shot they tried to tack on all these other things that I didn't bring him there for. I'm not stupid I know when you're trying to manipulate me into things that my dog doesn't really need. Also when I mentioned trying to get my dog off kibble veterinarian rolled her eyes and told me that he's better off on a kibble diet which I do not agree with. He gained 11 lb in 14 months they never took into consideration that he was a puppy when they first saw him and now he's 2. Just another place preying on people that want their pets to be healthy. Always trying to sell you things after you’re already on a plan. The plan you keep paying for also after your pet passes away. I would definitely look into a private veterinarian instead of a profit seeking business.

They were great at first and came off friendly but that changed quickly. I took my dog in for a wellness/sick visit. He had a mass on his ear that kept getting bigger and I wanted to get it removed before it caused any problems. They gave me the run around in office about getting a price for the surgery. They kept pushing a care plan which I could have been interested in if they would have given me a price for the cost with it and without it. It took over two weeks to get a quote over the phone. When they finally gave me the quote I scheduled the surgery because the mass was still getting bigger. They were not able to get him in for over a month. The mass ended up breaking open and bleeding everywhere. I know they are not an emergency vet but they were extremely unhelpful. I tried calling
