I have been with Bansfield for 12 years but new vet after same vet for over 12 years was very disappointing but my expectations may have been to high. Other than that I am okay with them my baby has never been sick so she has only been to see them twice a year for her 6 month visits so I am unsure how it would be when and if something were to be really wrong with her because right now she is having an itching problem and they can't seem to figure that out so thus the 3 star if that was not happening then they would get a 4 star never a 5 star everyone has faults
I have never had a problem with Banfield employees or Dr's they have amazing staff and physicians. I have been taking my babies there for close to 15 years. Seen Dr leave, move, but they always get good ones to replace them. I be taking my babies there as long as they live. ❣️❣️🐾
Every Vet we have seen there have had their best interest of my dogs in heart. We own several Huskies and they’re not an easy breed, but all of the staff know that and all of our experiences have been 100%. Definitely recommend this office!!
I've been bringing my dog Godiva here for years, and I've always felt that she was extremely well cared for by the veterinarians and support staff. Everyone is very friendly and the front desk folks are helpful and very welcoming. I have an older dog and I feel that my questions and concerns are addressed with respect and care.
Service was not good. Could not find what was wrong with my cat after taking X-rays. I asked for the x-rays not to be sent out but to be emailed to me because I had somebody who would take a look at them, but they sent them out anyway and charged me $400 and when I talked to the veteran The next time I came in and asked her why she sent them out The only thing she could say is it was lost in communication. But that could not be right since I told her and her VT myself. And it's on camera when I told her. They don't call people back they don't check on your pets I have called four times waiting for somebody to return my call about reimbursing me for my x-rays but the only thing they can say is oh they're not in right now we'll have them call you back it's been 2 weeks and nothing.
