Place is a SCAM! Take your pet elsewhere I am paying for one of their plans whinch include comprehensive exams, heartworm prevention, vaccines, tick/fleas and all that stuff which is about 80 dlls for month. I took my dog for a comprehensive exam and they need to draw blood to check for heartworm. My dog was scared as I am sure a lot of dogs are at the vet so they told me they couldn’t do anything to her and made me buy some 90dlls sedative so they can check her another day. Brought her back and the vet told me the sedative she gave me didn’t work so they couldn’t do anything except doubled the dose and come back again. So I paid again for the medication, today I brought her in for a third time and told me the same thing. Sedative didn’t work and they couldn’t do anything to her, so sent

They are great if you only in for prevention care. You are better off getting real pet insurance and finding a vet that wont fogot about your cat with pancreatitis all day and not even offer to give him liquids after he was there from open to close. Also good luck with all the veterinarians being there all the time. One drives from Fort Collins and is always late. Bailey the tech I do adore and was why I tolerated all this choas but I just cant deal with all this BS anymore. Please for your pets do not go here.

0 stars!!!! Hands down the WORST vet we have ever dealt with. The staff is rude, dismissive, and clearly unwilling to do their jobs. They falsely labeled our dog as “extremely aggressive,” which is completely untrue. He has never been aggressive in his life. He is anxious at the vet, like countless dogs, but fear does not equal aggression. They refused to trim his nails because he was supposedly “too aggressive.” You are a veterinary clinic. Handling nervous animals is literally what you’re trained for. Muzzles, harnesses, restraint, these are basic tools of the profession. Instead of using any skill or effort, they simply refused service. We were told to drug our dog with trazodone if we wanted to return. We did exactly that, only for them to once again refuse to trim his nails. So now

TLDR: We've been going to Banfield for over 10 years with no issues and now they only care about money, not your pet. I've been taking my cats to Banfield in Central Park for over 10 years. Until recently they have been so good with my cats and treated them like their own. Unfortunately, yesterday negated all the positive experiences I've had over the past decade. A couple of weeks ago I took my cat in for her comprehensive exam. She has kidney disease that we've been managing with diet for the past 6 months when her labs first indicated possible kidney problems. We've also been taking her in for labs every 3 months to keep an eye on her creat levels. A couple weeks ago, Dr. Miller who was very nice, told us her levels were slightly higher again and we changed her diet again and added some
