My dog Missy who is a 17 yr old shih tzu who is on thyriod medicine came in for a refill. Dr. Eric James was very knowledgeable and gave me all the options of treatment. It was so nice to have a vet be professional and not be a salesman like most vets.This is why I choose Banfield because it's always the best!!!

Loved this hospital/vet office. They cleaned my dog's teeth and ears, and both look shiny and clean. Also cut her nails. Also love that I can go next door and shop with and for my dogs at Pet Smart.

Today I saw Kaitlyn for my dogs appointment. She was so kind to me & my dog. She was very knowledgeable and actually cared about my dogs health and well being. The Dr I saw spent a lot of time with me explaining everything in depth to help me understand what was going on. He even printed papers for me to read on my dogs condition. Highly recommend!

When I first started using Banfield Veterinary Hospital I was unsure if it would be a good fit for my cat (and myself). All I can say is that my cat Savannah purrs her way through her exams and that showed me that she is very comfortable using their services. I have found all the workers there very pleasant and they talk to the animals as if they know them very well. I have already referred one person from my apartment complex who needed a new place to take her dog. I find it very easy to make an appointment for my pet since they’re open seven days a week. The veterinary team there really does care about their patients and never minds to explain things to me about the health of my cat.
