Banfield Pet Hospital

I just moved to this area, and this has got to be the worst Banfield I have ever been to. My little baby passed away due to their negligence, and I truly believe is I was at my original Banfield hospital, she would’ve lived. They do not truly care for the well being of your babies, and simply care on their own schedule. I have been with Banfield for 7+ years and this one is the worst veterinary clinics I have ever been to in general. I tried calling for an appointment day of, and I understand that it would be hard to get that. However, when the office is a drop-off schedule, they should have been able to see her especially since her condition was more important. They are quick to push you to go to emergency. Not even try. I pay for my little baby to have the premium plan to get everything

Dr. Lyda goes above and beyond for her patients! She always made sure to give us plenty of information that helped us make informed decisions. She went out of her way to contact other experts to see what other options we had. At the end, she continued to check in and made sure we knew we did the best by our buddy. Couldn’t have asked for a better veterinarian.

Wonderful staff. Cute notes when pets have been good. Get report cards! Inside pet smart! Kept charging my bank account after I called in and cancelled the cat's automatic payments! Never got my money back either!

They aren’t “technically a veterinary clinic” as I was told a few days ago. Even though I had a prescription in hand and was willing to pay money to get some needles, the lady at the counter told me she couldn’t help me. “It’s against policy as we aren’t a pharmacy and we would have to see the dog.” Professionals have already seen the dog and all she needs are a few needles as we ran out. It’s not hard. Nice service and this interaction reminded me why I refuse to take my pets to Banfield.

They’ve always taken care of my baby, letting me know if they find anything unusual, and even calling back after my appointments to make sure she’s okay. There was also a time I hadn’t paid my insurance and they still did her checkup and gave her the shots she needed. I’ll stay with Banfield forever.
