Banfield Pet Hospital

Everytime we get Dr. LAKELAND we have issues. We made a comprehensive appointment for our dog, she was supposed to get her shots. It should be in our dogs file that dr. Lakeland is not to see our dog. We made the appointment with Dr. Estrada when I checked our dog in, the board said Estrada. I am grandma, I only drop off and pick up the dog, all decisions are made by my daughter, her owner. Which is why there are TWO phone numbers on file. Dr. Lakeland decided to change the appointment to an illness visit because my daughter mentioned the dog had diarrhea, never gave her any of her shots, proceeded to tell me that we made the appointment with her and not any other Dr. She told us that we had to wait in a room for her because we didn't call her back when in fact we did call her back and wai

Nothing’s perfect. All of our pets receive care here. As a pet owner, customer, and person in general let me be clear: You are not entitled to anything. You deserve nothing and you are not more important than the person next to you. Let these folks do their job. It’s hard enough dealing with sick pets…so you crazy owners should keep your egos in check while in public. The staff are great at their jobs. Bring manners along with your pet, don’t ask stupid questions, be on time and let them work.

I really wanted to give Banfield Hospital more than just one star, but it’s very difficult based on my experience. When you arrive at your appointed time, you still end up waiting over 20 minutes just to be checked in. When you come back at your scheduled time to pick up your dog, you again wait at least 20 minutes just to ask for your pet. That is completely ridiculous. Another issue is the layout of this particular location. There’s no direct door to the clinic — you have to walk through the entire store. This is especially challenging if you have a dog who doesn’t enjoy the company of other dogs, or if you have a sick or senior dog (like mine) who is large and difficult to maneuver through crowded aisles. My second interaction w Dr Kat Daley . Banfield in CPark is convenient for me . I take advantage of the wellness plan for my baby Toby. Dr Kat, though, is 100% FANTASTIC ! She is smart, empathetic and made the whole appointment 5 Star !

I have been bringing my cat to Banfield Pet Hospital in Clifton Park for just over a year. She is a senior rescue and Banfield has taken excellent care of her. Doctors and Vet Techs are very caring and thorough. Sue and Zac at the front desk are also excellent. They are professional and caring to both pets and their persons.
