Banfield Pet Hospital

I have used Banfield for years. The staff is so friendly and always made it an easy appointment scheduled or emergency. I lost my dog several weeks ago and the staff was so sweet. They hugged me and sent me a sympathy card.

I have been to this pet hospital twice, once for my own dog and again for my mother's. I've seen two different veterinarians and can't tell you which I like better because they were both amazing. Everything about the experience from setting the appointment to checking in, being seen by the vet and the efficiency of the vet techs has been a welcome surprise in ease and compassion. I would recommend this business to anyone who loves their pet and expects professional treatment.

Chewy has been with them since he was born. They take excellent care of my baby and you can tell they truly love him. I wouldn’t want anyone else treating my baby because he loves them too.

We scheduled an appointment and were not seen for over an hour after the appointment. We had other appointments that day for our children. But since for a check up, we weren't able to leave until 2 hours later, we instead had to spilt our family up for the afternoon. Being late is a domino effect. If you don't have a 9:00 appointment available, don't schedule it. This is unprofessional and rude.

We had our first visit with Dr. Kennibrew and we are confident that we have the right Veteran for our new baby!
