Staff and practice management was EXCELLENT! Appointment easy. Phone tree-easy. Staff-over friendly-Place incredibly clean. Soup to nuts, excellent-special should out to Amanda for making my dog feel like the most special pet in the world!!!

The entire team was so helpful and compassionate with our kitten's surgery and recovery. They explained the surgery, recovery time, and meds needed. I appreciate the care and support of the entire team, and recommend the Banfield doctors and team to care for your beloved pets.

Do not bring your puppy to this Banfield. I brought my eight week old puppy to this Banfield in West Boca. They told me my 3 pound Maltipoo had a bad case of hookworm, She had a side effect from the medicine last night all through today and I called them three times and they never returned my call. I finally got to speak to the manager and She had no empathy. Do not rely on them. They are not helpful. Go to the Banfield on St. Andrews If you have a new puppy, not sure how they treat older dogs there in West Boca. By the way, I signed up for The optimum wellness plan on Saturday and this is the treatment I get.
