I have 3 cats on the optimum plan that includes dental cleanings. Other vets quoted me $2k for just a cleaning and with the plan, I get 2 comprehensive exams and the cleaning. The staff are always friendly and my informative about my pet's health including giving me calls during the dental cleanings to let me know if something is wrong like discovery a bad tooth that needs to be pulled. My plan is deducted on an automatic basis per month and I can access per records through the app. I was also able to buy replacement meds because I forgot to put them back in the fridge recently. They work with you.

We were real worried about having to leave our puppy over night since we had only rescued her 2 months prior and she had been experiencing separation anxiety. All the staff was great with Indica and this really put our minds at ease. I thought the price was high but she had to stay overnight several nights so I understand, but unbeknownst to us, we were issued a credit to our bill. Thank you for taking such good care of our mal.

If I could give a negative star I would. They are expensive even if u have the plan. They treated our dog Rowdy for seizures they could have been truthful and told us that they were going to get worse because of a birth defect we finally got told the truth at Bakersfield Veterinary Hospital after all day of seizures we had to put him down because he would of had a horrible life. All they had to do was tell the truth

They told me that my cat had liver disease or kidney disease, and that's been a while and my cat is still here. This is horrible just to get money off of people. Maybe they mixed up the blood samples cause my baby love bug is fine i don't recommend here I don't wanna give them no stars, but one star is all they get that's what they deserve

Great and friendly staff as always, and the fact that they remember my little kitty's name makes such a difference. Thank you so much for the great service.
