Took my German Shepherd F in for severe itching. The doctors I spoke with were very professional and treated her and I well. The medication she received has since made a significant improvement to her overall well being and I have Banfield to thank! 10 out of 10!! Highly recommend for any of your pets needs.

I took my puppy to her appointment on time and the doctor had not arrived so a technician helped us. The doctor reported several hours later only asking for tests, several hours later I called again because I don't think a urine test takes too long. My puppy was there for almost 10 hours, when I arrived for her they only told me that they needed a culture that would take days to have results but that she did have a urinary infection. In the meantime, she didn't give us anything or instructions, I had to contact the chat to find out how to support my dog in this, and then I discovered that the entire area was hurt from so much licking, I mean they didn't even do a proper body examination (but they did want studies of everything without first checking my puppy to find out what she might have

I love Banfield Pet Hospital located inside PetSmart. I always receive the best veterinary care for my precious fur baby and get all of my dog's services through their affordable Optimum Wellness Plan that covers everything. This has has saved me hundreds of dollars! My dog loves the Doctor's, techs, and staff who treat her like one of their own. I know she gets the best care here and recommend them highly for your fur baby!

This location has been my go to since my girl was a puppy. They watched her grow and take care of her needs. I tired to go elsewhere to save a dollar but it was the worst mistake I turned around and headed straight to banfield. I called spoke with Cleo for pricing and booked an appointment same day and right after we spoke they saw my girl. The techs still remember my girl and great care of her.
