Amy and her staff were very knowledgeable and kind in helping us pick out a first bird for our daughter (10 yo). We ended up with not one but 2 conures. I just couldn’t separate a bonded pair. They were rescues and I was very happy to be able to help 2 birds find a safe and happy home. I was also able to purchase a beautiful used cage for them that was used at a reasonable price. Once home the birds fit in so nicely with our home and lifestyle. They very loudly greet my daughter when she comes home from school, they are so happy to see her. She’s so in love with them. It’s a very happy ending.

This place has some beautiful birds. Yes they are pretty expensive because they are so beautiful. I have yet decided to purchase because the girl told me to come back February-March they will have their spring birds out by then.

I don't understand the negative reviews, I went to hopefully buy a parrot the young lady that helped me was Awesome and the owner Amy was very friendly, knowledgeable and also very helpful. I told them 3 parrots I was considering and they showed me several to choose from I ended up buying a Beautiful Jenday conure that ate right out of my hand .all the birds are very socialized unlike the ones I seen in my local pet store. I had a large cage but also wanted a small one they had new and used ones I bought a used one at a GREAT price and the bird was a great value as well if you take into consideration it's already hand tamed and socialized. They also offer free wing and nail trimming first 2 times they have a million toys and also offer boarding. The cages I saw were very clean 👌 I Highly R

Used to come here all the time and the service and cleanliness was outstanding. Now the owner is rude and condescending! The floors and cages are disgusting and piled on top of each other like a backyard breeder instead of a treasure. I waved hi with my pointer finger about 2 inches from a cage and she yelled at me. Would not recommend. Find a rescue that doesn’t force birds who don’t like each other into a cage together. No birds have ever been handled since none were allowed to be touched. Im disgusted.

I have absolute faith in Ms. Amy! She is very gentle and will be honest when you ask questions. She isn’t selling pets she is selling family members!!! Very educated and helpful. She has rescued many wonderful birds!! And helped pair me with my baby. She also provides DNA sexing and grooming services!!
