The best grooming salon I have ever taking my Yorkie to! Always friendly, they are willing to try new cuts to suit my dog's needs, Lily loves them, and the prices are competitive. I'm a lifetime customer!

I'm a first time pet owner of a humongous Shih Tzu named Luna. They did such a great job on her today! I'm pretty sure I'll never take her anywhere else. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. I showed pictures of how I wanted her cut, and they were spot on. Actually she looks better than the picture I showed lol. Just an all around great experience. Give them a try! I wish I had better pictures but she was excited to come home and see my kids and had a serious case of the wigglebutts.

I cannot express how much I absolutely love this business it has always by far the best place to take your fur babies to get groomed!! The staff is wonderful and always attentive to your pet and they actually care about your pet and remember what your pet likes. I have had 6pets and I will continue to take them there as long as I can!

I was looking for a groomers to take my dog every month. I went to Heart Felt Grooming last month and was pretty satisfied. I decided to return again this month for the same service, however I was charged a much higher price. I was never informed about a price change. It's not about the money but the moral of the point and proper communication. I will continue my search for a trustworthy groomers, not one that changes prices on the whim.
