B Well Veterinary Service (FKA Douglas County Animal)

I am a new client and was impressed with this educated young vet, Kaitlin Costello. She recognized our dogs medical needs quickly, addressed what priorities were important and efficiently handled our 2 large dogs. 💛 We are glad to find this facility, easy to get to and young staff so retirement isn't too near.😉 Very nice place with large rooms and easy access outside ramp to 2 parking areas.

Dr Costello and the rest of the staff could not have been better. Unfortunately our German shepherd only had one opportunity to visit them on his last day, and what could have been a much more difficult experience was actually very peaceful. The care and compassion we experienced will be never be forgotten.

10/10 recommend this clinic for your animals. I had come across an animal in a parking lot that had been injured and I called them and they immediately showed compassion and concern and let me bring it in. They did a full work up and kept me informed the entire process and left me feeling satisfied that this animal would get the help it needed. Amazing service, thank you guys so much for your dedication!

Dr. Castello is excellent with my dogs. I like to be in the room when my dogs are examined, get shots, ect... you can do that there. She takes time and answers questions When a vet doesn't allow you in the room, I am leary as to why. I am old school and like old school vets that are transparent with their care. She also offers a drop off service which comes in handy. The only is con would be emergency care is driving to Red River Valley vet.

Dr. Danielle was great with my Ellie! Dr. D got down to her level on my lap (she's only 17#s) & she even earned a kiss from Ellie! I learned a lot from Dr's wisdom & she made Ellie feel very comfortable, even while administering her vaccination. It was a great experience.
