They sold us 3 gerbils supposed to be brothers turns put one was a female and ended up pregnant. They said they would keep her in their "maternity spot" and it was an awful living condition! They then told us she had 5 babies! Then when she was ready to be picked up we told them we wanted to keep one female to keep with her so she wouldnt be alone! They tell us all 5 babies died then the strongest thing FIVE babies that look EXACTLY like our gerbils and the same age as the five would've been appear for sale ??!! Do not buy from them they treat their animals like shit and lie to customers!!! They should be shut down!! Picture of our gerbil and the babies!

I went in over the weekend to pick up some food and a few toys for my dog, and overall it was a pretty good experience. The store was clean and laid out in a way that made it easy to find things without wandering around forever. One of the employees asked if I needed help and actually seemed to know what she was talking about, which I appreciated. Prices were fair, maybe not the cheapest in town but reasonable. Checkout was quick and there wasn’t a long line. I’ll likely come back again when I need supplies.

I wish I knew the employees name from today because BIG kudos to them. They were beyond kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely so caring towards the animals. Really heart warming to see. Thank you for taking your time to not only teach us about the animals but be kind enough to create an experience for us. Favorite pet store around !!

At first they are ok but we got a Budgie from them last week and come home to a dead Budgie. 1 week and it died and they only offered an in-store credit. That's is ridiculously hilarious.My wife is completely heart broken over this and all they say is half instore credit. Maybe they can redeem themselves but im sure they will not. be careful when you go heretic G.m was respectful and was informed that they should check birds for sickness. Nowwe are out a Budgie and a cage. GM said cage would be fine just bleach it out. Bleach is a toxin to birds.strong smells can kill them along with the toys that they sell. Certain foods kill them to. But yet. It a 50 50 half their fault and half ours. When we've had these avian animals for over 10 years

I’m not sure where they get there parakeets but I went yesterday and pick this sweet baby out of at least 30 and she has to be the most friendliest bird ever. I have 7 and I’ve only came across one other that was as sweet and friendly as her. I visited with my son once and seen they had violets. I just knew I had to go back and get me one. I did just that a week later. She’s absolutely perfect and is adapting well.
