AWS Community Veterinary Clinic

This place is the cleanest around, and they're nice once you're there. Their vets know what they're doing too. Those things make it appealing on the surface. On the other hand, they pick up the phone about 5% of the time, so 1 in 20 calls. I've also been there, while their staff is looking right at the phone, with the phone ringing, and they just ignore it. They don't take pet patient visits the week of your pet's need, ever. That's 0% availability for semi-urgent care issues. If you have an issue, they can only book your pet out 3-4 months, so instead they refer you to a nearby pet urgent care clinic nearby. Even if you'd prefer to have your pet's care at one place as much as possible, they don't care. All of that being said, as an organization, they would love to take a donation

When I had a life threatening emergency with my shih Tzu I felt so hopeless and overwhelmed. I was referred to AWS and they went out of their way to save my dog when she was near death. They are all wonderful but Dr. Chelsea was compassionate from her body language to her above and beyond care of my dog. It's hard to find someone as special as that who works in the Veterinary system. Point blank, she made a safe space for my dog to fight for her life and make a full recovery. We are forever grateful.

The assistants were great with my dog Ruby. They played with her while waiting for the Vet. When the Vet came in, she did a wellness check-up, gave Ruby some shots and took her blood for testing. I was very happy with their services.
