Avon Animal Hospital does a great job of taking care of our pets when they are sick. Highly recommend. Dr. Marvin is amazing. We had a situation years ago with one of our cats that was really ill. I was extremely anxious about cost and care at the time. They made sure we understood all options. And they handled my hard questions with ease. As a result, we still have our cat with us today!! Many years later. We are so grateful for their expertise and to have a local vet in our area.

My labrador tore his CCL and had TPLO surgery. The team was great and answered all of my questions, stayed in contact post surgery and has been tremendous. He is know on his way to recovery and could not be more grateful. I would absolutely recommend avon to family, friends, and fingers crossed he does not tear his other CCL as is common, I would absolutely go back for the other leg if necessary.

I was informed my dog had rectal cancer and made an appt for blood work. Being that last year, I personally had an above the knee amputation, and I haven't been able to work yet, as I learn to adjust to this new life. So I opened a Care Credit account to pay for the blood work and the next steps. After my next appt, for the blood work, as I gave them the Care Credit card (which on their site and Care Credit, it says they DO ACCEPT IT) I was told it had to be a minimum of $750 to use it. I was shocked, as NOTHING says that anywhere, BUT I told the receptionist I would bring back cash the next day, as I had to bring back a stool and urine sample anyways. She embarrassed me in front of other customers, making me feel awful, and told me that I needed to pay NOW for the services. To which I

Our baby had tplo surgery here on both back legs. The vet did an amazing job and all the staff is so nice and helpful. Highly recommend and will be back if any of our kids are ever in need.

Bilbo Baggins, our 14 year old Ragamuffin had a partial blockage in January. Our then vet, 35 minutes away, couldn't get us in. So we went back to Avon, originally left because of a specific breed of dog we had. Dr Marvin and Sarah were wonderful and Bilbo was treated and headed for home in a reasonable amount of time. The silver lining is Bilbo didn't get dreadfully car sick like he did on the 35 minute trip. Had to have the mobile groomer scheduled immediately following his appointment. We could manage him after this visit. Yesterday he went in for his annual visit. A little bit of drool, nothing to clean up. Thank goodness. Our mobile groomer's van broke down on her way to our house. Will be taking our 2 Siamese young cats to Avon Animal Hospital for there next visits. Sorry for the lon
