The team at Avenue Animal Wellness + Emergency took such good care of my Coco. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. You can tell they truly care about both the animals and the people who love them. The veterinarians took their time explaining everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. During a stressful situation, their calm and professional demeanor made all the difference. I simply cant say enough positive things about our experience with Avenue... both of our dogs received the best emergency treatment and are home safe now thanks to the wonderful staff. Everyone from the head vet/owner Dr. Trumble to the vet techs (MJ is a real life dog whisperer) and the incredible receptionist (I believe her name was Tanya? My memory is blurry from emotions that night...) was beyond professional and knowledgeable. Most of all, these folks are KIND. Dr. Becky, Amber Lynn, and the young woman at reception Saturday, 1/25, when I brought my 14-year-old dog in for emergency services, were an absolute Godsend! They were all so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate! I couldn't have asked for better care for my pup, or myself, in such a gut-wrenching situation! I feel blessed to have found them and will continue to trust them with the care of my beloved pets!

My dog was having some severe diarrhea issues, so I brought him and my puppy with me to Avenue animal wellness. I was so incredibly impressed with how amazing the staff was! From the very beginning at the front desk, to the nurse, and to the veterinarian, it was a wonderful experience. Unlike other emergency vets where test the, for every possibility, the staff here spent quite a bit of time with my dog to make sure we felt comfortable with the diagnostic. We discussed options, and then they treated him very quickly. Another thing that I loved so much was that I had to bring my unbelievably energetic puppy with me and rather than being frustrated by it, they were on the ground playing with her the entire time. Tonight we had to do an emergency visit for my dog Chop. I'm so grateful for Veterinarian Trumble and her entire team, they was amazing. They treated my fur baby like family, was very thorough with his examination, and the after visit instructions. The clinic was also cost effective compared to others. I highly recommend Avenue Animal wellness for pet care , especially emergency situations.
