Dr. Diaz is amazing! He is very compassionate and knowledgeable. My techs, Nani and Gladys, are very kind and attentive to my dog ​​Logan, who has been visiting them since he was 10 weeks old. He's now 3 years old and under their excellent care. Great clinic and staff!

Dr Diaz was extremely thorough in diagnosing my dog and has helped her onto the road of recovery of an autoimmune disease! I love this facility, everyone is super sweet and gentle with my dog and understanding of my current situation. We love it here!

Amending my original review. The communication is not great, you hear different things from each vet there. Doesn’t seem to have much of a standard between them, almost like each of them have their own practice. So if you ask about neutering as an example, they will give you different timelines on when it should happen. The staff will tell you one thing, and then depending on the vet they talk to, they will take that back, making it very confusing. Our dog got neutered there almost 3 weeks ago. The vet told me to send pictures on the 10 so she could give feedback. Sent pictures on day 10, no reply. Sent again on day 13, got an email back saying they get back with me. Today is day 19, I have sent another email asking for a response in the meantime. Nothing. We will likely be looking for ano

We have been using AVC for over 10 years for our two pups, but the service level has decreased over the past 2 years. We recently received a quote for a multi-month treatment which we started immediately. They changed the service and medication pricing midway through which costed us an extra $150 in treatment fees. When I questioned it, they told me they made an error but that I needed to pay the difference. To be clear, the service and the medication quantities did not change, and there was no disclaimer that the pricing could change mid-treatment. The vet and vet tech staff have always been great, but that does not matter if the front office and management are not sound.

My dog had a dental procedure here and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. My dog was treated with so much love, and it really shows how great this team is. Dr. Diaz, Glady & Noah were awesome!
