Tammy was very kind and made you feel like family. When you first walk in, you instantly feel a sense of home. She has a fair-priced mini store to the side including shampoos, deodorizers (Cause all dog owners know we need that 😉), brushes and more! You could tell all the staff cared about the dogs and made sure they had a comfortable time. I took my boy, Pugsley, who yelps almost every time he gets his nails trimmed, and he didn’t make a noise (at least from what I heard myself). I could feel he trusted Tammy. Thank you for letting my boy smile again!!!

Booked appt for my long hair cat to be bathed and lion cut. She was there less than an hour total. They did not bathe her. She came home with multiple mats still under her chin, poop on her backside, choppy weird areas in the spots that were shaved. Costs almost 100 hundred dollars with tip and yet services promised were not rendered and those that were was done very poorly. Will not be returning.

Tammi always does a great job on my great job on my golden retriever. Her prices are very reasonable. She is an owner operator who really loves animals.

I asked for a puppy cut for my golden retriever. I thought I was clear because I said she gets hotspots because she’s in the water in the summer and her fur doesn’t dry so it needs to be very short She gave her a regular cut. Looked ok but not the reason I get her fur cut. they have you pay before you even see your dog and of course that’s where you tip so she got a nice tip then I saw my dog She redid it but still not short enough. I gave up. Came home and spent another hour cutting my dogs fur myself. Not sure she cut any fur around her neck. What a waste of time and money.

This was the BEST experience I've had with my pup who doesn't like her nails trimmed! Lois, thank you SO much. We'll be back for sure!❤️ Anne and Paisley
