Emily is amazing! Whenever I need my dogs bathed and treated, she is the only one I let touch them. I have a pitty who hates baths and a frenchie with sensitive skin. There has never been an issue when she has them in her care.
I asked for groomers good with dogs that are NOT experienced with groomers, and was given several names. We went to a few of the top ones suggested, and none wanted our dog to come back unless he was heavily sedated. Auntie Em's recently opened and today was our first experience with her. We CAN NOT sing her praises enough. We dropped off a Lyle Lovett looking mutt and picked up a handsome looking Johnny Depp! We thank you Emily, and Gordon thanks you SO much, and you are now our forever groomer.
We love Auntie Em’s! She takes her time and really cares for her clients. In the words of my husband after he just picked her up from Auntie Em’s, “ She's happy and smells like some sort of flower and her nails are did”
Works well with moody animals. Did Wonderful with my anxiety ridden girl. She said yes to her when others said no way.
Does a great job with my big boy Nelson, he is comfortable with Emily and her prices a better than most. Her new shop is so cute, calm and inviting!
